LET’S GET TOGETHER:

Sisterbrother MGMT. and its lineup of creatives are here to help you devise, design and deliver your concepts from brainstorm to fulfillment. Here are some details you may be looking for as you build your team with our family.

A LITTLE ABOUT THE FAMILY:

Rates for our artists vary depending on project needs, scope and usage. Artists are typically booked per day or for negotiated half-day rates. Prep and wrap days are typically billed at full day rate. Some terms are negotiable prior to contracting and bids for longer term productions can be provided at request.

THE SISTERBROTHER DAY:

– Eight (8) Consecutive Hours for Print Work.
– Ten (10) Consecutive Hours for Commercial/Motion Work.

Only need 1/2 day? Rates will start at 60% of the full rate for 4-5 consecutive hours.

Need just a little more time? Overtime rates typically bill at time and half after eight (8) hours for print and ten (10) hours for commercial or motion work unless discussed prior to booking and confirmation.

Double time may be considered for weekend, overnight sets or atypical hours.

ADVANCES:

Advances are to be paid prior to scheduled preparation and reimbursement of on-set expenses are the responsibility of the client/booking party.

AGENCY FEE:

(20%) Agency fee is applied to pre-production, production meetings, travel, overtime, wrap and cancellation.

EDITORIAL RATES:

Artist rates will be billed at half the artist’s day rates or pre-negotiated terms when credit lines are published for the creative team.

TRAVEL:

Travel time is customarily billed at half of the day rate when the travel required exceeds 30 miles. Similarly, travel days and non-working days on location are typically billed at a half-day rate.

For projects requiring long distance travel, the booking party will cover all expenses (mileage, transport, airfare, meals and accommodations) unless discussed prior to booking and confirmation.

WEATHER OR LOCATION SPECIFICS (When Necessary):

If the booking party fails to confirm or release a challenged hold within four hours of challenge or notification, the agency reserves the right to cancel the hold to allow the secondary request to take precedence.

And because sometimes the unpredictable happens.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

If Sisterbrother MGMT has rescheduled or relinquished other professional opportunities, the booking party will be charged 100%, regardless of notice.

Cancellations occurring within 24 hours will be billed at the full agreed-upon rate.

Cancellations occurring outside of 24 hours will be billed at half-day rates.

In the case of weather-related cancellations, the booking party will be billed the full-rate if the job is not rescheduled at time of cancellation. A rescheduling fee may be required.

The Sisterbrother Family is an adventurous group but it’s helpful to communicate any traits that may be unique to the needs or requirements of your project:

This includes the following:

Disclosure of extraordinary conditions or requirements.
Disclosure of preparation and wrap accommodations for artists.
Talent summary and bio information as it relates to job performance.
Providing adequate dressing and preparation facilities on all sets and locations.

FINANCE CHARGE:

Fees may be applied to all invoices paid after 30 days of billing. Please refer to your invoice.
