Samantha Jane /// Bergdorf Goodman

Holding down its status as a stalwart of fashion since 1899, Bergdorf Goodman brings to mind stately sophistication and a measure of verve.

BG has us wondering how any institution remains relevant for over a century in an industry as fickle as la mode?

Samantha Jane’s recent work for this fashion giant shows us the key may be a sense of humor, playfulness, a focus on keeping it casual and never, ever taking oneself too seriously.

Space-making is a special kind of wizardry. Designers are charged with finding the magic unique to their personal algorithm but still adored by the less trained eye. Infusing spaces with the je ne sais quoi that keeps us coming back for more, not always aware of the why and how behind the good vibes pulling us in.

We have been special guests and secret weapons at many a design review meeting, bringing our own kind of alchemy to the mix by way of image collections large and small curated to the specific needs of our clients in design and hospitality and beyond. Libraries of images can be chosen from vast archives or commissioned as exclusive and original bodies of work.

Not everything is better compact. This work is meant to take up space.
